Day 34

Day 34 - Post the list of potential baby names that you seriously considered, but can no longer use because someone stole it/it became too popular/whatever reason.

We’ve never actually given up on a name because someone "stole it" from us. Our family is either done having kids or not at that stage yet, and if they use our name once we decide on one... well then tough cookies- we’re using it too! We’ve debated on names since we were dating. Our boy name has been picked and was decided long before we were even together. My husband wants to name his son (if we have one) after his grandfather. We are still debating on the middle name. As for a girl, we’ve been wishy-washy. We started out with Abigail. Then everyone under the sun started naming their daughter that, so we went with Addison. Now that I’ve picked a middle name, it doesn’t really go with the Addison or Abigail. We have tossed around a different first name, but we for sure know the middle name. I want it to be a surprise, so I’m not about to put it on here though. ;-) When it comes down to it, I don’t care if everyone I know and their neighbor uses our name. Once we come up with a final name, everyone else can just deal with it.
